Ayuntamiento de Hell\u00edn, CC.OO., U.G.T., CSICSIF, y SPL-CLM, firmantes de esta nota de prensa, desean manifestar su malestar por la imposici\u00f3n por el equipo de gobierno municipal del calendario laboral 2016 de los<br \/>\nempleados p\u00fablicos municipales.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n<!--publicidad-voz01--><a devolviendo a sus trabajadores los derechos, tanto econ\u00f3micos como laborales, que nos fueron sustra\u00eddos a consecuencia de la crisis, el Ayuntamiento de Hell\u00edn, de supuesto car\u00e1cter progresista, se est\u00e1 convirtiendo en una isla en la que se perpet\u00faan los recortes a sus empleados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras la negativa a devolver los d\u00edas de asuntos propios por antig\u00fcedad, como a la totalidad de los funcionarios del estado, ahora se nos impide recuperar d\u00edas que han sido tradicionalmente disfrutados en este ayuntamiento como el de Santa Rita, del que si disponen la inmensa mayor\u00eda de la Administraci\u00f3n Local, Ayuntamientos y Diputaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez presentada la propuesta de calendario laboral por la parte Sindical, el equipo de gobierno unilateralmente impone su criterio, montando una seudo negociaci\u00f3n, con la exclusiva finalidad de cubrir el expediente legal, con palabras vac\u00edas de contenido, con<br \/>\nescasos y poco consistentes argumentos y sin atender una vez m\u00e1s las reivindicaciones de sus interlocutores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con un Convenio Colectivo caducado, y abierto un nuevo proceso de negociaci\u00f3n, la actitud mostrada por el equipo de gobierno municipal nos hace prever que esta negociaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 ardua, probablemente poco fruct\u00edfera para el conjunto de trabajadores y por consiguiente conflictiva.<\/p>\n<p><!--publicidad-voz03--><a
