Un fen\u00f3meno de altas temperaturas, nada frecuentes en esta \u00e9poca, que se van a prolongar hasta el domingo 30 de abril.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De cumplirse las previsiones, se registrar\u00edan temperaturas que superar\u00edan en 15\u00b0C los valores normales para esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o en nuestro territorio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por este motivo, desde el consistorio, hacemos llegar a los ciudadanos las siguientes recomendaciones:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Frente a las altas temperaturas:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Limitar la exposici\u00f3n al sol, protegi\u00e9ndonos el mayor tiempo posible y ventilando las estancias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tomar comidas ligeras y regulares, alimentos ricos en agua y sales minerales, frutas, ensaladas, hortalizas\u2026de esta manera, se reponen las sales perdidas a trav\u00e9s del sudor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vestir con ropa adecuada y de colores claros, cubriendo la mayor parte del cuerpo, especialmente la cabeza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Evitar hacer ejercicio f\u00edsico en las horas centrales del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Interesarse por las personas mayores y enfermas pr\u00f3ximas, que vivan solas o aisladas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nunca dejar a ni\u00f1os ni personas mayores en el interior de un veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el monte:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No encender fuego, da igual la finalidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apagar bien las cerillas y cigarrillos (y nunca tirarlos por la ventanilla del coche)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No abandonar en el campo botellas, objetos de cristal o basuras que puedan provocar o favorecer un incendio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La quema de rastrojos o restos vegetales, s\u00f3lo con
